shoppin' shipping & delivery policy

this policy explains how we produce, ship, and deliver your order, including timelines, charges, duties, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit. it forms part of, and should be read together with, our terms of service and our refund, returns & exchange policy.

where we ship

we ship worldwide. available destinations are shown at checkout based on your location. prices are displayed in your local currency where supported.

order processing and production

every product is hand-stitched to order. we do not hold stock, so production begins only after your order is confirmed and paid for in full. our process is: order received and confirmed, fabric sourcing, hand-stitching, completion and quality check, dispatch, and delivery.

delivery timeframe

the total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is 15–20 days, covering production (sourcing and hand-stitching), dispatch, and shipping.

this is an estimate, not a guarantee. because each product is made by hand from sourced materials, timelines may be affected by fabric availability, the destination, courier schedules, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

shipping charges

any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery location. the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay for delivery; there are no separate charges collected later (see duties and customs below).

duties, taxes, and customs

shipping, duties, import taxes, and customs clearance are arranged and handled by us through our global delivery partner. you will not be charged separate customs duties or import fees on delivery. customs processing can occasionally cause delays, which are outside our control.

order tracking

once your order is dispatched, we will share dispatch and tracking details with you, where available, at the contact details or account associated with your order. you can also reach us at support@shoppin.app for an update on your order status at any time.

delivery, risk, and title

risk of loss passes to you on delivery. title to the product passes to you once payment has been received in full. please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address where required by the carrier.

incorrect or incomplete addresses

you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. we are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. if you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@shoppin.app; we may be able to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

delays

we work to dispatch and deliver within the estimated window, but we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, courier disruptions, weather, or other force majeure events. we will keep you informed of any significant delay we become aware of.

lost or damaged in transit

if your order does not arrive within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help. lost and damaged parcels are handled under our refund, returns & exchange policy.
